Made in the USA from 50-100% recycled paper, Epicurean Pizza Cutters are saturated with a proprietary phenolic resin that is fused together under heat and pressure to create a completely non-porous surface. The result is a completely food-grade non-toxic surface that will not harbor bacteria and is completely sanitary. Each cutter is certified safe by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF).

Originally designed for use in skateboard parks, this highly durable composite material absorbs very little water, holds no odor, resists stain and bacteria and is dishwasher safe. It is also heat resistant to 350F, and virtually maintenance free. Clean up is quick and easy as there's no need to use mineral oil or bleach.

Epicurean uses only Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood fiber in their commercial-grade composite for a healthy, sustainable environment.
