In a few vintages, l'Esquerda has forged a path for itself in Michel Chapoutier's Bila-Haut range, but also among the great wines of Languedoc-Roussillon. With each release, Robert Parker falls under the spell of this wine that is at once distinguished, fruity, spicy and even mineral, and might even be confused with a wine of the northern Rhne.
