Cardini's Caesar Dressing

In the Roaring Twenties, Caesar Cardinis Tijuana restaurant was a hot spot for Hollywood celebrities. One night, a record number of patrons visited Caesars Place and he realized the kitchen would run out of fresh vegetables. So Cardini masterfully concocted a salad that impressed the guests. That night, the Caesar salad was born. And since 1924, the name Caesar Cardini has been widely revered for high quality and great flavor.
